COASIT is led by dedicated professionals who understand the importance of cultural sensitivity in aged care and community services.
Our leadership team brings together decades of experience in aged care, community services, and Italian-Australian cultural preservation. Each member is committed to maintaining the highest standards of care while ensuring our services remain culturally appropriate and responsive to community needs.
Emma Contessa, Director of Aged Care Services, leads and coordinates a highly skilled and experienced team of nearly 400 professionals. Her division brings together Customer Relations Officers, Quality Care & Clinical Governance Managers, Home Care Services Managers, Social Workers, Intake Officers, Social Support Group and Social Support Individual Managers, as well as a dedicated group of volunteers. Under her guidance, these teams work collaboratively to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to the community.
